Took my son in for his haircut. The last couple at this location were terrible but he likes the atmosphere. So, I brought in 3 (THREE!) pictures of what we wanted. His hair was actually already in that style (longish with floppy bangs). It just needed to be trimmed so it was off his ears, bangs to his eyebrow, and thinned at the nape. I also said he parted his hair on the left. The stylist just did whatever she wanted. There was no similarity to any of the 3 pictures or the cut he came in with. As I was watching her, I commented that she was taking off a lot and she told me he hasn't been in since March. I reminded her he parted on the left and she said she was cutting it so he could do either (translation: she cut it too short for a sidebang). I was upset because she cut the crown short even though I had said he needs it longer because of a cowlick, but I was trying to be nice and asked what I can say so it doesn't happen again. She didn't offer to put in notes. I didn't insist because I decided we aren't ever going back anyway. I wish I had put up a fuss or hadn't tipped, but I didn't want to embarrass my son. He waited until he got home to get upset--which is why I'm writing this review. If a person brings in pictures, please pay attention. If you can't do it, then say so.

If there was a negative I would click it. Be sure if you get a stylist named "Jennifer" EXPLAIN to her that "short" and "shear" start with the same 2 letters and are 5 characters long but are not synonymous. I absolutely COULD NOT believe the way my husband looks....at 59 straight outta boot camp. NEVER again would he nor my 2 sons darken the door of your establishments!
